Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy pale yellow. Yogurt, lacto, juicy fruitiness, a bit of spiciness, a bit of vinegar, tart. Good and refreshing.

At a tasting, small bubbly head cloudy very pale orange color, aroma of wood, minerals and Brett, lemony flavor with a bit of quince, mellow empathic sourness, hint of saltiness and just a touch of bitterness, probably from the fruit. Nice and enjoyable.

500 ml bottle, shared by Sebilinz, thanks!
Yellow, hazy body, with a medium, off-white head.
Aroma of citrus, quince, apples, some vanilla.
Tastes quite similar, with the quince more prominent.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes smooth, yeasty, moderate sour, citric, with quince.
Very nice. Fresh and smooth, with the sourness well balanced and the quince beautifully showcased. Not outstanding, but refreshing stuff.

On tap at Brewdog, Bristol. Pours opaque yellow golden with a white head. Aroma: sherbert, quince, pear skins, light funk. Taste: dry, light tart, juicy, light funky, pear, apple, zingy sherbert, oaky hints. Medium bodied, light carb, dry fruity finish. Not the best of the Cosmic Crush series imo
