750ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Bretty, funky aroma, hints of bubble gum, gooseberry, white grapes. Taste is tart, bretty, funky, minimally vinous, notes of bubblegum, hints of white grapes and gooseberry, herbal overtones, some old lemon peel. Very nice.

Bottle 750ml. @ [ Pre-Borefts tasting 2018 ] by kermis in Kim Jong-Un Buurtcentrum Zaandam, Noord-Holland. [ As Schneeeule / Himburgs BrauKunstKeller - BrettAmarsi ].Unclear - hazy medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, leather, funky, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, citric, grass, leather, funky. Pre-Borefts Tasting at the Kim Jung Un Buurtcentrum in Zaandam. Thank you for sharing! 750 ml. Golden, creamy white. Nose is very interesting perfume, flowers, toilet cleaner. Very nice ginger, flower, lemonda, ginger, totally lemon, ginger, very nice ginger.

7 3 7 3 14Bottle at Kim Jong Un Buurtcentrum Pre-Borefts ‘18, Zaandam. Hazy golden orange with a ring tan head. Aroma of brett, citrus, lemon. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

09-03-18 // 330ml bottle at Kuehn Kunz Rosen. Hazy yellow beer. Small white head., Light funky sour, light gueuze-like nose. Taste is dry and tart yeasty sour, nice brett aromas, typical farmhouse hay and horse blanket touches. But aswell a solid sweet malty Amarsi backbone. Soft texture. Quick finish, aromas fade quickly providing a very high drinkability with thirst-quenching factor. All in all I am positively surprised. Great blend/experiment. Would love to taste it aged after 2 years.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is funky, vineous, grapefruit hops. Taste is vineous, bretts, again grapefruit hops, some malt body there, puckering finish. Carbonation is "moussierend". Excellent!

Bottle in a proper Schneeeule glass. Cloudy amber, golden head. Funky nose, peach, toast, light tomato, medium full body, chewy, dry peach, nice breadiness. Hops and citric acid finish.

75cl bottle. Sour fruity nose. The beer starts sour, a bit floral with fruity background. Hints of flowers, lots of Jasmin there, smooth sourness. Refreshing mild with a great fresh fruity aftertaste. Nice Brett there, round and balanced fruity.
