very hazy pale yellow colour, medium sized dense ivory-like white head; aroma of pine, grapefruity, pomelo peel, slight orange juicy and oat notes; taste is dominated by hoppy-grapefruity bitterness with piney, some pomelo and slight tropical fruity notes; quite good one

Draft, taster. @Fermentoren, Copenhagen (Denmark). 08/05/2024 [#7.108 Global - #19 Switzerland - #10 Hoppy People] Pours hazy pale yellow with a minimal white head. Aroma: pine needles, grapefruit and yeast. Taste: grapefruit peel, overripe pine and citrus. Light Bitterness. Next one please!

Tap @ Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and moderate hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. Hop burn. 080524

440ml can. Murky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly resinous, piney and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of pine, some grapefruit, a touch of pine needles, lemon, kumquat, oaty malty background. Taste is bitter, zesty, citrusy fruity and piney hoppy, oaty malty basis without residual sweetness, notes of pine, pine needles, grapefruit rind, peppery, yeasty spicy overtones. More crumbly than creamy texture, dry, almost papery palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Quite bitter for an Hazy IPA, somehow West Coast IPA without caramel malty backbone - quite disappointing collab.
