Medium-sweet craft cider made by Paul in Leominster. Redstreak apples are delicate so when they start dropping in September and October Paul has to be quick off the mark to press them before they spoil. It’s not easy to make this cider. But we think it’s worth it.

On tap at Hereford Beer House, Saturday 16th February 2019 in the company of Dad, Pauline, Jude and Baz. Pours lovely clear gold with a white head. It's medium but with a nice dryness at the finish. Lovely appley tang throughout, lots of flavour. Great and good return to cider for me as I have rather neglected it for a while.

Bag in Box at Doric Arch, Euston. It pours clear golden with a few bubbles on the cap. The aroma is mellow, sweet, juicy, apple pie, baked apple, toasty sugars and barnyard. The taste is dry, tart, fresh acidity, apple skin, lemon sherbet, white grape skin, gooseberry, touch floral and some tannin. Finish is dry and a touch sour. Medium body and still. Quenching and classy. Good streak of white grape through it. Nice.
