New beer, pale and featuring the US hop Ekuanot (which we loved from the very first sniff!). All tropical fruits and soft bitterness – just great!

GBBF Day 3. Cask. Very hazy orange beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and has a fairly modest carbonation. Dry malts, trace of grain and mildly sweet. Hops bring a pithy orange and orange peel. No Ekuanot exotics. Dry and slightly bitter finish. Disappointing. Crouch Vale have done better single hop Golds.
