Our first Export Stout, ‘Albino Pheasant’ 7.7% - a decadent body & luxurious texture swirl flavours of toffee and burnt sugar between robust roasted notes of chocolate, coffee and charred toast. It’s our take on an export stout!

Keg at BD Castlegate. It pours jet black with a small dark tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, unctuous, oily, fudge, liquorice, light smoke, dark chocolate and millionaires shortbread. The taste is firmly dry, bitter, hard roast, coffee action, liquorice, chewy, toothy, burnt toffee, cocoa / dark chocolate, bit of peppery spice and a touch of warmth with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nice toothy export stout.

Keg at the Experiment - Hackney. Pours deep brown with a creamy, beige head. Nice snout of milky coffee and chocolate. Medium sweet flavour, some salty bribe, milk chocolate, mellow roast, berry accents. Medium bodied with fine carbonation and velvety texture. Lightly warming finish, soft roast, burnt caramel, silky chocolate, a little booze and more milky coffee. Overall, nice depth, and highly drinkable.
