Verdant / Burnt Mill Albino Pheasant Can picked up from Cotteridge Wines, Cotteridge, Birmingham. Consumed at home, Sunday 17th February 2019 whilst cooking Beef Stroganoff Pie and listening to Feist - Pleasure. Pours black with a tan head. Coffee and chocolate intermingle on the nose. These two also are prominent in the mouth along with some burnt molasses, toffee and roasty touches. A very smooth, easy drinking and well executed export stout
