Sphera is a collective effort with our good Pallys at Green Cheek from Orange, CA, USA. A double dry hopped Double IPA with Citra, Citra Cryo, Manilita, Nelson Sauvin & Peacharine.

Intense juicy fruity with loads of tropical and citrus fruit, grassy and piney green hops, citrus peel, hop spice, creamy sweet malty backbone, robust hoppy finish. Lovely.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a fairly pronounced creamy sweetness. Hops bring crisp pine into slightly bitterish citrus, bright but with an edge. Floral peach gives away the Peacharine hops. A good nip of hop spice. Manalita hops? Hard to pick out in this smorgasbord. A little red berries maybe or maybe more the power of suggestion! Crisp finish continues the pleasant bitter edge and brings in its buddy - hop spice. Leaves a juicy hop fruity spicy linger. Good stuff. Would have liked to have tried Manalita solo but I am sure that will come sooner or later, in the meantime this is a crisp bright and multi faceted dipa that goes down a treat. Some pink grapefruit very late on in the aftertaste.

Milky dull golden coloured body. Medium bodied, smooth & clean. Lime, resinous, dank & green hop tastes with a zesty finish.

440ml can. Murky golden, thin white head. Aroma of peaches and mango, orange and grapefruit. Taste is very juicy and fruity, peach, grapefruit, orange and mango, a touch vinous with some dank herb. Medium-full bodied. Great DIPA.

Can at home, from Craft Metropolis, 12/12/24. Murky orange topped with a white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is ripe tropicana, bitter orange, grapefruit, pine resin, dank chimes, light hop spice. Taste comprises mango flesh, stone fruit, raw pineapple, grapefruit, dank bite, lychee, papaya. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come resinous hop bitterness allied to a rising boost. Solid kit.

Can @ Delaneys, Odense. Pours hazy deep Golden with a White creamy head. Citrus, cats piss, mega dank, green. Smoothness.
