Inspired by a true passion project, this tart tropical DIPA pairs all the sweet, exotic fruit with a tart finish. Dry-hopped with Citra, Idaho-7, Galaxy, Sabro and Simcoe with the addition of over 100kg of Passionfruit, the resulting aromas are an overload of pineapple, passion fruit and coconut. The upfront flavour is sweet, fleshy tropical fruit, quickly followed by passionfruit tartness, pink grapefruit and dank undertones.

Keg at Skaal, CPH, 19/11/22. Murky orange with nothing in the way of a head. Nose is lime leaf, tangy citric zest, straw, grass, melon, orange peel. Taste comprises orange pith, grass, papaya, melon, lime hint, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tangy citric edge allied to some Sabro laden hop bitterness. Not bad ... veering into the realms of sour IPA.

Can, 8.0%. Refreshing tropical fruit aroma. Hazy golden colour. Ok stable white head. The flavour is citric. Has some acid but is not overly sour. The fruity notes are also in the flavour but the acid takes over. A little bit of refreshing grapefruit with lemon.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen (19/11/2022) - hazy yellow with a white head. Tart exotic juicy fruity aroma and taste, getting lots of passion fruit and papaya, lychee, touch of sabro pineapple and coconut shavings, medium body, tangy fruity hoppy finish.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Some passionfruit notes. Light bitter flavor. Acetic powerful not pleasent passionsfruit notes. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate. Fizzy.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of exotic fruits, spices, pine, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of exotic fruits, lemons, spices, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.
