Bottle. Color: Hazy orangish amber, off-white head. Aroma: Tart, fruity. Taste: Moderate to medium sour, light to moderate sweet and bitter. Malty, hay, combined with tart and bittery fruity notes of apple, apple peel and nice wild yeast funk, barnyard flavours. Notes of wood tannins, dry-ish mouthfeel. Bitterness going to medium at finish. Nice balance. I love the way the pretty subtle sourness matches with all the other flavours. You can almost taste the love and effort with which this beer is made on a artisanal way. Very nice.
