Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Grassy herbal hop with notes of minerals, grain, hint of lemon. Moderate bitter with a dry finish, light bodied but a lot of joy for its mere 2.2% abv.

0.5 l bottle from 'Beyond Beer', best before November 2024. Almost clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity-floral and a bit grassy aroma of grains, some lemon peel and a touch of fresh grass. Hardly sweet, moderately bitter, fairly dry, slightly fruity-floral and a little grassy taste of grains, some lemon peel and light fresh grass, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite dry finish. Thin body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite okay for what it is.

50cl Fles bij In de Wildeman. Iets mistig goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Hint van verbena, mineralen, licht moutig, hint van perzik, wat bisongras, redelijk droog, bitter. Als 1e van de dag voelt het niet als een 2.8% bier. Prima.

Oooh, a rare joy - being able to add a brand spanking new Franconian hype traditional brewery beer! And on tap at Zlý časy! Clear golden body, off-white head. Bit worty aroma, soapy, floral-herbal hoppy though as well. Fruity, herbal, citric, bit worty taste, some berries, bit flatish. Feels unfinished I guess, as it is. Didn't feel like I'd order a big one or a whole another one, and a Leichtbier should be like that. Hope they tweak it!
