Keg at the Great British Beer Festival 2017, day one - London. Pours hazy yellow with a tight, creamy white head. Nice beer, with light tangy lemon, wheat flakes. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, moderately drying. Enjoyable.

Draught @ Raven City Pub, Pilsen. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, light saltyness, sweet and light tart fruit, apricot. Flavor is light tart, mildly sour, wheat, fruit, apricot. Thin to medium body, soft to average carbonation, sweet light tart finish. 080820

Draught @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Raven Apricot Weisse ].Murky matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, apricot. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, apricot tart - citrus, weizen yeast, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Keg at GBBF 2017. It pours cloudy golden - orange with a medium white head. The aroma is toasty, wheat, cereal, grain, stone fruits, cracker and minerals. The taste is dry, tart, good mouth - pucker, cereal, sugary, sour candy, apricot, peach and a hit of lemon juice with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Decent enough apricot sour.
