Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, apricot tart - citrus, weizen yeast, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Keg at GBBF 2017. It pours cloudy golden - orange with a medium white head. The aroma is toasty, wheat, cereal, grain, stone fruits, cracker and minerals. The taste is dry, tart, good mouth - pucker, cereal, sugary, sour candy, apricot, peach and a hit of lemon juice with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Decent enough apricot sour.
