Vi har givet vores udgave en ekstra tand røget og ristet malt, og resultatet er en kompleks og dejlig dobbeltbock, der passer perfekt til en god lammesteg.

Golden brown, light brown to beige white head. mild but very clean malty aroma, dry. very faint flowery hops. Flavor is malty and nutty. there is bitterness, but not the strong herbal one that one might fear. bitterness fits well, makes the entire impression very nice in a malt forward way. nice one.

0,5 l bottle from Meny, Blåvand. Cloudy amber, small one finger pale beige head. Sweet malt on the nose. Malty taste, also toasted grainy, some sweetness. Increasing caramel in the second part. Little bit dry. Low carbonated. Again a nice one.

500 ml bottle, from Dagli'brugsen Helgenæs. ABV is 7.4%. Clear reddish brown colour, moderate head, slightly off-white. Aroma of malts, brown bread and caramel. Malty flavour too, distinct caramel sweetness but not too much, moderate herbal hops and a little alcohol in the finish. A faint hint of smoke.
