Luke 16/24, fra den østeuropeiske julenissens utvalg i Lagårdsveien: klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Lekki, lagodny smak står det på boksen, som iflg Google Translate betyr lett, mild smak. Det er for så vidt korrekt hvis man mener nesten helt uten smak (eller aroma, for den saks skyld). Som å stikke tungen ut i tåka med antydning til bitterhet i avslutningen.

Bottle from local Polish shop – drank at home. Pours a pale gold with a small transient frothy white head and medium carbonation. Aroma is mats and grassy with earthy hints. In the mouth it is quite sweet, with malts, honey and apples and just a hint of metallic adjuncts. Finish is slightly dry. This isn’t bad at all, if a little too sweet for me.

Bottle, 4.6%. Fruity aroma to start with, followed by a decent yeast note. Clear dark golden colour. Good stable frothy white head. The flavour is mostly papery. Also weak bread notes. Watery finish with acidic grain notes.
