Draft. A black beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, smoke, and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, chocolate, hops, and citrus fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at the brewery. Pours black with a frothy, mocha cap. Gorgeous nose of ashy roast, burnt pine, floral hops. Light sweet flavour with ashy bitterness, baking cocoa, more floral notes, subtle oily pine. Light bodied, velvety, with fine carbonation. Rounded finish, like landing on pillows, with more bittersweet chocolate, torched pine bitterness. Stellar.

Tap@Peders, Copenhagen - black pour with a small beige ringed head. Roasted and light sweet malty, some earthy charred and singed malty accents, some cocoa, caramel, some solid hoppy support, medium body, dry and slight bitter and roasted malty into the close. 17Kay rate and nice to get it with a beer from the brewer that started my RB journey :) --- Beer merged from original tick of Dry Stout Centennial on 26 Mar 2025 at 11:31 - Score: 7

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours black with a creamy brown head, lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, licorice, piney hops. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, roast malt, coffee, piney hops. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 221118

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Almost black with a brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and moderate hoppy - pine. Flavor is medium sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 201118
