Bottle. RAD Beer. Hazed yellow. Solid swede. Wow this is spicy. Loads of peppery notes to the tune I’m wondering if there’s a bit of chilli in it. Fully aromatic with a coriander like thing. Lemon pith. Wheat. Fantome yeast aplenty. Taste has a soft sweetness with a spicy punch. Nice pithy bitterness too. Good body and nicely foamy. Spicy peppery finish. Love a bit of Fantome.

Cloudy golden yellow with giant white head. Horseblanket/barnyard, lemon, coriander, wheat malt, and hay aroma. Mildly sweet lemon, coriander, wheat malt, mild sour barnyard, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body. A great witbier with the unmistakable Fantome footprint.

Flaska från Etre drucken med ölföreningen. En riktigt kul wit med så mycket smaker och karaktär. Lätt funkig, jäst, vetesyrlig, massor av örter som dill, oregano och koriander, citrusskal och en lite torvig rökighet. Mycket gott

750ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orange golden colour with average to huge, frothy, very slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Mildly funky, yeasty spicy and wheaty malty, minimally yeasty fruity aroma, notes of brine, mustard seed, a touch of apricot, dill. Taste is mildly funky, yeasty spicy and slightly yeasty fruity, wheaty malty basis with some residual sweetness, notes of brine, mustard seed, some funk, apricot, nectarine, some herbal and floral aspects, dill, chamomile, oregano; weak smoky, even peaty overtones in the finish.
Watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Quite complex, dirty, funky, a tad overcarbonated - a bit demanding, not a pure pleasure, but good.
