Capped 375 from Tavour. Pours pale/hazy/translucent gold with a transient white head. Aroma isn't Brett but seems similar. Tropical fruits. Near med body. Quite dry. Seems a Brett/Pedio mix. Tropical fruits heading towards moderately sour. Quite the Farmhouse.

Keg @ Salamanation, Helsinki. Poured hazy and orange in color. I could sware this has some Sabro hiding somewhere, so strong of coconut aroma. Some slight spiciness, but could not really detect this one as a saison.

500 ml bottle shared by TJ. Thanks! Aroma is hay, minerals, and lemons. Flavor is the same with a wonderful lemon tartness. The mineral notes are great also. Very refreshing!

Bottle drunk 8/19/23, thanks TJ. Mostly clear peach-gold. Head quickly to ring. Oh that's much nicer than the other Brett EQ beer we just had. Excellent mix of Brett and hop with pineapple and hay, lemon and biscuit. Good lactic character and excellent hop acidity. Juicy acidity hoppy juice and pineapple with lemon, tangerine, honey and biscuit. Lemony finish with softer, mellow acidity. Brett is killer here, soft, juicy, tart and mellow. Lime, guava, passion fruit. Shockingly good.

375ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, snow white head. Mildly herbal-spicy and minimally funky, yeasty, as well as wheaty and pale malty aroma, hints of dill, brine, mustard seed, a touch of old orange peel. Taste is mildly funky, herbal-spicy yeasty, minimally citrusy fruity hoppy, wheaty and pale malty basis without residual sweetness, hints of lemon peel, a weak touch of lime, notes of brine, hints of mustard seed, dill, a touch of old orange peel, some hop bitterness, a fruity, almost a bit vinous touch of white grapes, white wine; bitter, slightly zesty, hoppy finish with a touch of old lemon peel, a weak touch of lime. Oily texture, smooth and super soft, silky, simultaneously minimally dry and astringent as well as minimally greasy palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Well crafted, well balanced, very fine and elegant, clean and almost diffident, but in no way boring; precise, focussed, harmonious - fantastic!
