Can at the air bnb in Bruxelles, thanks to Dave, 20/02/24. Murky fruit smoothie orange with a decent lasting white cap. Nose is ripe tropical fruits, dank chimes, hop spice, pine resin, grass, weed. Taste comprises pine resin, grass, grapefruit, raw pineapple, melon, mandarin, papaya. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come resinous hop bitterness allied to a balanced rising boost. Solid DIPA.

473ml can. Murky golden, white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, berries and zesty citrus. Taste is slightly sweet, ripe tropical fruits, melon, zesty citrus, berries, a little piney/herbal at the end. Full bodied, thick and smooth. Outstanding DIPA. We don't get much Canadian stuff in the UK but this is probably the best I've had so far. Impressive.

(473ml can from masoif.com) Pours very hazy orange-gold with a tight white head that's stable and leaves heavy lace. Aroma of mixed melon, dank pineapple, heavy lemon-lime, musky greenish mango, piney cannabis resins, maybe a little alcohol there too, definitely fruity/dank but not really juicy. Flavour follows the same vibe, lemon-lime and melon, green mango, herbal menthol-y vibes pretty strongly, unripe fruits, grippy resins that slide between citrus oil, herbs and a little green onion, rather retiring malt body and clean yeast, drying finish with grippy lemon-lime peel, a little melon, pine/herb tingle, light hop burn but fairly low bitterness. Medium-bodied, slick, light carbonation, slight alcohol warmth. A quirky character from the hop bill which is green-ish but not really hop burn-y, Cashmere not really finding a juice-builder in Mosaic here, but it's well made and enjoyable.
