On a pilgrimage for immortal craft beer we tripped on some heavenly drops of beer with amazingly overwhelming aromas of chili peppers and more, a thick fudge-like body, pitch black color and obviously only made in limited amounts. And the taste.... furthermore jesus!

Can shared at home - pours inky black with a thin tan head. Dark sweet and roasted malty with notes of chocolate, coffee roast, some fudge and caramel sweetness, medium to full mouthfeel and body, nicely balanced chili spiced action into the dark malty close. --- Beer merged from original tick of Aún Más Chili Jesús on 26 Mar 2025 at 11:49

The Jesus keeps on rollin'. Fudge-like sweetness mixed with anise, caramel, and black pepper, with a subtle but growing capsaicin warmth adding a prickly bite to the finish. Black cherry and raisin float around the edges, while a burnt coffee bitterness evens out the thick chocolate soul. Peppers and chocolate on the nose, while the pour comes out a sludgy black with a brief white head and slight lacing. Perfect texture: silky smooth without a trace of alcohol, yet the growing pepper burn adds a sophisticated intensity to the experience. Great pint.

Pours a near black from a bottle with a mocha head. Aroma is an acrid pepper, a bit of coffee. Flavor is a dark chocolate with some hot peppers thrown in. Some heat. Good beer.

330ml bottle from trade, thanks Sami! Pours pitch black with a small brown head. Aroma of sweet syrupy roastiness, hints of spices, chili, chocolate, peppers, coffee and licorice. Taste is sweetish, spicy and roasty with loads of chili, chocolate, peppers, stingy notes and hints of licorice. Finish is warming spicy, slightly sweetish and peppery with some chili burn and syrupy notes. A bit of a palate wrecker. --- Beer merged from original tick of Aún Más Chili Jesús on 12 Mar 2016 at 17:08 - Score: 8
