440ml can. Almost clear golden colour with a dense white head. Aroma: grapefruit, orange, citrus, tropical fruit. Taste: sweet tropical fruits, grapefruit, orange, resin, little bit of malt, moderate bitterness, more sweet than bitter though. Medium body, smooth mouthfeel. Another great IPA from Cloudwater but they’ve done better before.

Can at home in Barbados, 5th April 17. Pours cloudy orange. Aroma is tropical fruit, ripe citrus. Taste is citrus, sweet, little bitterness, slight plastic tones, vertical not grain, malt backbone making it unbalanced . It’s OK, not quite right though

0,44l can at home. Canned 30.01.2017. BB 07/2017. orange hazy color, medium big white head. smells herbal, light pines, exotic fruits, passion fruit, lychee, lemon grass, some berry notes, some dough. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citrus, very nice exotic fruits, pines, berry notes, lychee, passion fruit, some mango, light dough. finishes lightly bitter with notes of pines, exotic fruits and light citric notes. another lovely cloudwater beer, not so juicy / not that much exotic fruits, but I love how they get the balance right, drinks very smooth (as usual), also very well integrated bitterness. I wish I could drink this all the time. great one.

Can with the Taps 1MK tasting crew, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is mango, light spicy hop. The flavour is moderate to light sweet with a grainy mineral fruity tropical fruit palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can from Beer Gonzo, Webshop, Earlsdon, Coventry, consumed at CL, Lymington, Hampshire, Saturday 11th March 2017 Pours hazy yellow light brown with a white sticky head. It’s a bit too cold at the moment, however the mouthfeel is very nice, it’s juicy, carries a little too much sweetness, but pleasant. A6 A3 T7 P4 Ov13 3.3

Can from The Bottle Shop Canterbury and drunk at home. Cloudy pale gold lasting white head. An odd ipa. Some fruit a little empty. Some citrus fruits. Not much malt base at all. Don’t know what to make of this. Very light in character. Hmmm. Not terrible, but not sure where this is going.

Can from Ales by Mail. Pours hazy pale yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of parma violets, guava, tinned mandarin oranges. Taste is floral up front, then bitter and pithy grapefruit. Finishes on a heady, juicy fruit vibe. Nice.
