8th January 2025
Can. Hazy orange gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, late developing minerally fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a forward creamy sweetness. Smooth cooling pine, typical 2024/2025 NS skunk. A pretty decent white grapey wine streak on the back end. Goes well with the pine and skunk. Just a touch of orange and tangerine citrus underneath. A little hop spice on the light finish. A very good NS dipa, showing some sighs of how good this hop used to be.

Can from Beer Shop - St Albans at the hotel 25/11/2024 Intense punchy fruity aroma and taste getting ten white grape and crushed gooseberry goodness, citrus fruit aligned with some juicy Stonefruit nectarine and mango action, oat laden thick sweet malty backbone, assertive hoppy close. Lovely.

440ml can. Murky golden, white head. Aroma of grape, white wine, tropical fruits. Taste of white wine and gooseberry (crazy amount of Nelson variants in here, and Citra too), ripe mango, grapefruit, papaya, like most recent Gold Tops it's not overly sweet but I could've done without the lactose. Full bodied, creamy, smooth. Really good actually.
