Panda thanks to Cloin. A light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small bubbly off white head. Light palate, fairly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts contribute greatly to the thin and slightly dry mouthfeel. Hops bring crisp pine into bright and startlingly strong candy fruits. Best HBC630 kick I can recall for a couple of years, hard candy fruits and a little Parma Violets backed up by slightly ripe pineappley citrus. A crisp and semi dry finish. Mouthfeel leaves something to be desired for me but the flavours on this one are impressive.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a big everlasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, lime citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth rich, chewy malt, mineral, tart lime citrus, light dry floral hop bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
