Sample from 33 cl bottle. My first beer from N. Ireland! Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Slightly tart aroma with peaches, lemons and a lactic note. Taste is light sour. Light to medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes lightly sour fruity with peaches. Fine.

Bottle shared in Hackney - big thanks to Danuel. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds ripe and jammy citrus, a little butter, lemon. Light sweet flavour with low acidity, some pale grains, gooey orange, pale bread. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes sweet, jammy, more ripe citrus, nips of acidity. Novel but not excellent.
