Brewed in collaboration with our friends from New Bristol Brewery and inspired by a San Franciscan classic, this easy going Amber Lager carries delicate notes of caramel atop a crisp lager base with a noble hop character punctuating the sweetness with a snappy bitterness.

Gravity cask at the 33rd Ealing Beer Festival, 12/07/24. Golden amber topped with an off white cap. Nose is grass, airy malts, herb, toasted grains, modest citric peel. Taste comprises light breads, herb, grains, straw, dull fruit tones. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Rather pedestrian by Elusive's usual standards but it is typical of the style in that respect.

440ml can purchased from the brewery as part of a delivery and drunk at home Golden brown and clear with a small off-white head. Light malty aroma with suggestions of orange peel and cherry. Bittersweet taste with some nicely bitter hop in the back of the tongue for the finish. Caramel and strong used tea in the aftertaste. Light body, a little oily, low to medium carbonation. Moreish and enjoyable.
