Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#41. TRINITY. Beer whilst waiting for the bus to take me back to the capital after exploring the north coast of Jersey. Glowing copper-amber with a bubbly head. A few bready malts balance well with a gentle fruitiness, which goes a long way in hiding its low strength taste.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas are worty-sweet, light herbs. Taste adds butter citrus. Sweet finish.

330ml bottle, taster from the bottle my Dad was drinking. Clear golden, white head. Aroma is citrusy, syrupy sweet. Taste is sweet and citrusy, grapefruit, orange, bitterness is a tad metallic. Light, thin. Acceptable NA gear, and ironically possibly hoppier than the actual Goram.
