Over the Winds is a New England Pale Ale which blends together hops from the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. A base of Extra Pale, Oats, and Caramel Aromatic malts provide a soft mouthfeel for a moreish pale ale. Citrus and ripe pineapple from BRU-1 and experimental hop HBC 520 are blended with big hitting Galaxy hops from Australia for a burst of tropical and citrus fruits.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 23/03/24. Hazed orange with a lasting good sized white head. Nose is orange zest, grass, light pine needle, papaya, mandarin. Taste comprises bitter orange, lime leaf, grass, grapefruit, soft malts, lime leaf, faint stoned fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Tidy pale.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy and semi dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin but smooth malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Light smooth pine. A mild Sabro like fruitiness, pineapple and soft but bright citrus. Light and semi dry finish. Nice beer, was not expecting the Sabro-ish element.

440ml can. Hazy dull gold, massive white head. Aroma of skunky weed, pineapple, orange and grapefruit. Taste is overripe pineapple, orange, mango, grapefruit, smelly weed (not a good strain), bittersweet, pithy. Medium bodied. Ok but not up to BM's usual high standard.
