Cask at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours clear, pale gold, with very fine and stable white foam. Aroma is delicately citrus (mandarin) and grain. Body is average, with almost absent carbonation. Taste is delicately sweet, with a hint of a little sour. Final is average.

[ As Birra Perugia Golden Ale ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, grass, fruity hops, moderate yeast, light fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity malt, fruity yeast, fruity hops, pale malt, grass, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160811] 7-3-7-3-14

On tap at Open Baladin, Rome on 2nd July 2018. Slightly hazy gold with thick white foam scant lacing. Fresh citrus fruits and sweet malt in aroma. Grapefruit, lemon and peach notes in-mouth with biscuit malts. A rich finish of tangy fruits over biscuit malt. Zingy mouthfeel and light body.

GBBF Day 3. Keg. Light haze on this paleish gold beer, a few white bubbles. Light palate, semi dry with reasonable fine carbonation. Light malts, sweetish. Floralness. Touch of sweetish citrus. Light semi dry finish. Fine.

Cask at GBBF day 3 11/08/2016. A translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a halo white head. Aroma is pale bready grainy, vanilla, floral hop. Flavour is composed of spicy lemon, pale grains, spicy floral hops. Plate is semi sweet grainy, moderate carbonation. Crisp dry finish.
