White grape & Champagne Yeast Kettle Sour (Souropod - White grape for short). Our Souropod collaboration is an infused medley of crisp grape flavours. Secondary fermented white grapes and nelson sauvin hops lend an extra level of citrus zest to the effervescent Champagne & Saison yeasts that brings the whole experience to life. Tart and delicious this easy drinking session kettle sour is a full flavoured, vibrant beer that's perfect paired with shellfish and sunshine.

Keg draught at BrewDog Leicester. Light yellow and milky hazy with a thin white head. Light aroma of gooseberry and white grape. Very tart taste with lots of gooseberry going on here. The finish is long, tart and dry. Medium to heavy carbonation and a slight body. Overall a good sour but that little bit 'safe'.

Can ordered from the brewery. Aroma had grape skin and dry citrus. Hazy pale orange. Bubbly foamy white head. Medium sour. Tangy. Citrusy. Vinous. Dryness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Crisp dry refreshing sour.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is vibrant tangy passionfruit, lemon peel, green apple, tangy, wheat. Flavour is composed of super tangy, passion fruit, five alive, mango, white sugar, prickly pear. Palate is super tangy, sopur ,m prickly carbonation. Good fun.

9/1/2022. Can sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours hazy/cloudy pale yellow gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is tart, citrus, apricot, grape, yeast, grass. Moderate sweetness, tartness and body. Gently fizzy carbonation. Nicely done.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 20/12/21. Hazed golden yellow with a white crown that dissipates edgewards. Nose is stoned fruit esters, grape must, grass, light funk, wood must. Taste comprises green berry funk, damp straw, grape must, lemon curd, tangy citric zest, mellow acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a balanced acidic twang. Decent easy drinking sour.

Keg at BD online. It pours hazy bright straw gold with a small white head. The aroma is bright, zingy, sour white grape, gooseberry, pineapple, vinous, champagne, hay and straw. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, sherbet, puckering, musty, vinous, gooseberry, pineapple, juicy, sour candy, white grape, sour melon, oily, white wine, vinous, tangy, granny smith apple and a touch of alcohol with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Bright, zingy and quenching.
