473mL can. Pours clear blonde with small white head. Aroma has crisp malts and very gentle but present gin barrel. Flavour has dry grass, straw, cracker malts, slightly bitter juniper berries, and some dry barrel. The gin barrel has been remarkably well-incorporated into the underlying pilsner. Though the quality of the base beer is a bit less certain.

Céréales rondelettes, fraicheur florale, et soupçon de gin forment les éléments d’un olfactif qui peine à ressortir. Liquide doré et brillant, parfaitement limpide et couvert d’une mousse abondante et persistante. En bouche, on sent un bel équilibre entre le gin, les céréales et coté légèrement miellé. Un petit côté herbeux et floral succède au profil malté. L’amertume n’est à peu près pas ressentie. Les notes de grain sont soutenues par le gin qui assure, de par son dosage modéré, un équilibre de saveurs presque parfait ; ce dernier prenant des accents miellés tout à fait agréables. Clean, golden colour with a frothy white head, decent retention and some small foamy spots on the glass. Juniper berry aromas from the gin, oak from the wood and mild spiciness from the Pils malts. The taste shows a little more of the Pilsner side. Nice and smooth mouthfeel with some mild dryness in the end. Hints of funk, corn in the nose as well. Some bitter notes do come out as it lingers. Apples flavours, a touch of alcoholic gin-berry and oak-vanilla. Quite a nice, interesting touch on the Pils-style.
