Cela fait longtemps qu'on se fait demander si il y aura un jour une version BA de Mandragore! Alors la voici, nous sommes très heureux de vous en présenter la version affinée 22 mois en barriques de bourbon de Heaven Hill. Nous avons misé sur un ajout massif de noix de grenoble avec une touche de noix de coco, et de vanille de Madagascar et de vanille du Mexique. La texture est bien huileuse et riche. Vous y trouverez des notes de brownies au noix, de pâtisseries, de crème glacée Rocky Road, de bourbon et de chocolat.

Aroma: American oak, bold, moderately sweet, some nuts, chcocolate.
Taste: along the same lines, thick, nice mix of chcocolate, American oak, vanilla, with some nuts notes.
Overall: very good!

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with some retention and some light lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate/fudge notes with some coconut and vanilla with really nice bourbon woody notes and some residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate/fudge notes with some coconut and vanilla, really nice bourbon/woody notes cutting through the residual sugar notes with hints of nutty flavors. Body is full with oily texture and good carbonation with no real discernible alcohol notes. Nice pastry stout with great balance to maintain good drinkability.
A deep dark stout with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, coconut cream, vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, vanilla, cinnamon, alcohol warmth, light bourbon barrel notes, very nice and rich.
