Gros Bobo notre Schwarzbier, une merveilleuse lager foncée tout en finesse et en subtilité. Les notes de céréales sont à l’avant plan avec de subtiles notes torréfiées et une buvabilité particulièrement remarquable avec une texture agréable.

Darker brown colour with some ruby-copper highlights, a light mocha-coloured head with average retention and some light, tiny spot lacing. Aromas blending the roasted malts, caramel notes, mild dark fruits and hints of chocolate. A wet mouthfeel with just a tad dryness, but not too thick overall. Fruity, malty flavours with the roasted barley in the background. An easy-drinking Schwarzbier that goes down nicely, and refreshes.

Can: Poured a black color lager with a large brown foamy head with good retention with some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt notes with some light chocolate notes. Taste is also a mix of roasted malt with some chocolate notes and a well rounded dry finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Easy drinking Schwarzbier with nice dry roasted flavors.

Dark brown. Roasty aroma and character. Fairly dry, good bitterness, toasty and chocolatey. A drier, hoppier interpretation but it works.
