750ml (thx, Alex G.!)@ 🏡 with Alex.
Aroma: very weird, smells like it has cinnamon or something, while it hasn't. Sweet. Bold.
Taste: very sweet, the spicy character, bold, a lot of liquorice. Not sure where are all of the mentioned ingredients. Maybe the mix of bananas and coconut are making this weird combo? Feels like I am drinking Fremont Rusty Nail 😖
Overall: did not really enjoyed it, unfortunately. One of the worst Bas Canada BA beers I've ever had, considering the ingredients list.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some bourbon notes and light vanilla with light banana and residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some vanilla notes with some bourbon and vanilla notes, some faint banana notes and a sweet finale. Body is full with an oily texture and good carbonation with no real discernible alcohol notes. Nice mix of bourbon stout with some banana/vanilla for a great mix of flavours and overall good balance.

Almost black, dark brown without any highlights, a dark mocha-coloured head, not lasting too long, and a tad liquid stickiness, but not much lace. Roasted malt aromas with some Bourbon notes, some nice cacao, some grassy peels, hints of coconut and nuttiness. Oily, slick mouthfeel with some nice warming alcohol that lingers, decent building dryness. Lots going on in the taste with much found in the nose. Roasted barley base giving a touch of molasses, with the Bourbon, chocolate, nuttiness and dark fruitiness. Quite a pif-paf in the face cells-ci :P

A deep dark stout with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, vanilla, licorice, alcohol warmth, light coconut, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, vanilla, nutella, alcohol warmth, a bit of Pinot de Charente, very nice. On tap at Hautes Plaines.
