Au nez, accents céréaliers rappelant le pain avec une touche citronnée et de subtils esters de fruits rouges.
Le liquide est doré clair avec une bonne limpidité et un mousse à grosses bulles qui descend moyennement rapidement.
L’entrés de bouche se veut subtilement céréalière et contrairement au nez, assez citronnée.
S’ajoute au tout une amertume intense de conifères accentuée par un zeste d’agrumes qui rend la finale âpre et astringente.
Rehaussement d’un petit malté sucré à plus haute température qui arrondit la base maltée.
L’adjuvant prend beaucoup trop de place dans la palette gustative et amène âpreté et astringence qui frise le désagréable.
Une des rares déception de cette brasserie !

Beautiful fresh aromas of the citrus zest, with pear notes and mild herbal hops. Fairly clean, light golden colour with a foamy whitish head, not much stay, but some soapy lacing spot left. The mouthfeel is light, but the drying finish make up for it. Good lemon zest giving a nice touch of bitterness, lingering. Quite a good, drying lager with fresh lemon zest and a tad pear to blend nicely.

A blonde lager with a very thin white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy hops, light lime notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, light lime, pleasant.
