A tad hazy, golden-amber colour with a big, creamy, warm-whitish head, very long lasting and leaving full foamy-creamy lacing. Tiny bubble carbonation which is fairly active. Farm-like aromas on the good side, with a caramel malt base, cereal notes and fresh grassiness. The mouthfeel is slightly thick, slick, but with a nice, mild drying finish. The taste shows some citrus hints over the caramel-grain maltiness, and finishing on the grassy, herbal hops. Some decent bitterness lingers. Quite a nice, kind of refreshing American IPA with that old school feel, but with newer techniques.

A hazed golden amber ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light pine needles, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, piney notes, light cereals, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Olfactif fruité avec base maltée où l’on retrouve des notes de cantaloup, de biscuit, de pin et de résine. Le visuel est doré, partiellement voilé, couvert d’une mousse épaisse, rocailleuse et assez persistante. Malt et résine avec une petite chaleur d’alcool s’annoncent en entrée de bouche. Le fruité s’intègre bien avec ses accents de cantaloup, de groseille ainsi qu’une subtilité de vin blanc. La résine (grassy) est assez présente mais se laisse adoucir par le sucré subtilement caramélisé du malt. La finale mi-sèche recèle un peu de sucre résiduel tout en se gardant une bonne amertume de résine et de pin. Bonne complexité.
