Cette bière emblématique pour tout étudiant ayant passé par l’Université de Sherbrooke est fabriquée à partir d’une recette développée par notre maître brasseur alors qu’il fabriquait ses premières bières dans le sous-sol de sa maison. Fortement inspirée des bières trappistes, elle possède un parfait équilibre au niveau du malt, de l’alcool et de l’amertume.

On tap at Siboire - Saint-Laurent (Montréal). Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Light, spicy Belgian yeast on the nose. Flavour is floral, some Belgian yeast, white bread. The yeast expression is a bit muted, overall not bad.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light candy sugar, light curacao, light banana esters, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with va9, light mineral notes, alcohol warmth, light Curaçao, pleasant. On tap at Notre Dame location.

Lightly hazed-unfiltered, bright yellow colour with a big creamyish white head, good retention and full lacing. Lemon aromas with blended herbal notes and beautiful Belgian yeast. This continues into the flavours. Tiny particles like spices floating around and very nice carbonation. Quite a nice stronger beer, that blends beautiful herbal notes, mild lemon zest-sourness and Belgian yeast spiciness.
