A golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice sweet fruity malt with light cloves, coriander and smooth floral hops, alcohol warmth, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with light coriander, fruity esters, light cloves, alcohol warmth, and nice floral hops. Very nice. On tap at De la Gappe location.

Hazy golden colour with an off-white small cap, decent stay and streaky lacing. Big fruity aromas with loads of oranges and some mangoes in the background. The taste is fruity as well and this where you start feeling the Tripel with the Belgian Ale yeast that lingers. More hoppy than usual for the style as wanted, but not overly. This adds another special touch with the fruitiness found in most of their IPAs. A nice unique Tripel with lots of citrus and hops.

Crowler: Poured a hazy blonde color ale with a nice large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry floral hoppy notes with light sweet cereal notes also perceptible. Taste is a mix of dry floral hoppy notes with light fruity ester with some sweet cereal notes and light bready notes with some residual sugar notes perceptible. Body is about average for style with good carbonation with no apparent alcohol notes. Splendid tripel with nice mix of new world hops.
