Can: Poured a yellow color ale with a nice white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of lightly sweet cereal notes with some herbal hops notes and hints of ginger. Taste is also a mix of lightly sweet cereal with some light herbal hops notes and hints of ginger with a semi-sweet finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Easy drinking lager but ginger notes are quite minimal.

Fairly clean, bright golden colour with an off-white frothy cap, good stay and lacing. Mild spicy ginger aromas over the straw malts with hints of pear. The fruitiness continues in the flavours. The spiciness does come out a bit, and builds as it goes. Nothing too crazy, but just a nice touch on this regular lager.
A golden lager with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light ginger notes, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy hops, light ginger, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at St Joseph location.
