A hazed golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light fruity esters, light cloves, light Brett, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light fruity esters, light ground cherry, light Brett and pleasant.

Bottle: Poured a bright yellow color ale with a large foamy white head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of clear pineapple notes with some funky ester and light vinosui notes. Taste is also a mix of pineapple notes with some vinous notes, oak and strong funky ester notes but not sure if the balance is optimal between the flavors. Body is about average with good carbonation. I think this may have been better without the pineapple.
