On tap at the brewery. Pours clear deep amber with a white head. Gentle caramel malts on the nose. Flavour has stale bready malts, some dry grass. Nothing special about this one.

Hazelnuts and caramel barely perceptible in a very weak olfactory.
Coppery orange in colour tending to brown with a medium-sized foam that descends quite quickly.
Perfectly crystal clear.
Very slightly caramelized with a metallic background, discreet leafy and herbaceous hops and a malty ensemble without a really dominant flavor.
A rather spicy bitterness spreads to the back of the mouth and remains for quite a long time.
We feel the caramelized environment but without it really taking over.
A body that is a little lighter than average.
An IRA (not to be confused with Irish Republican Army) lacking dominant flavors.
A first beer that I find ordinary from this brewery.
One was needed!
Noisettes et caramel à peine perceptible dans un olfactif très faible.
De couleur orange cuivré tirant sur le brun avec une mousse de taille moyenne qui descend assez rapidement.
Parfaitement limpide.
Très légèrement caramélisée avec un fond métallique, des houblons feuillus et herbacés discrets et un ensemble malté sans saveur vraiment dominante.

Une amertume assez relevée se propage jusqu’en arrière-bouche et demeure assez longtemps.
On sent l’environnement caramélisé mais sans qu’il ne prenne vraiment le dessus.
Un corps un peu plus léger que moyen.
Une IRA (à ne pas confondre avec Irish Republican Army) en manque de saveurs dominantes.
Une première bière que je trouve ordinaire de cette brasserie.
Il en fallait une !

Clean caramel-copper colour with a light beige head, disappearing rather quickly leaving a little ring of small bubbles. Caramel malt base with some mild nuttiness, dark fruitiness. The nutty notes comes out more in the taste with some decent grassy hops in the finish. This creates nice dryness, lingering. Not too thick, with a mineral water feel. An easier-drinking, lighter Irish Red Ale.
