Hazy, golden-orange with a smaller bubbly head, average stay and little foamy patches left. Particles at last pour. The nose has the orange juices with hints of kiwi and other tropical fruits. The taste has citrus peel, creating some decent dryness. A touch of white grapes shows up here. A nice fruity, juicy, dryish APA.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy pale yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of huge hoppy undertones with some citrusy notes and tropical flavors. Taste is also a mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some tropical flavors, huge juicy floral hops undertones and a dry finish. Body is full with good carbonation. Solid pale ale with great flavors.

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours opaque orange-gold with a thick eggshell head showing good retention and lace. Aroma of Strata-fied soapy melons, papaya, white grapefruit, white grape, a little pineapple and kiwi, green onion and some doughy malt. Flavour is fairly dry throughout, again that melon with a floral soapy dank quality Strata likes to give, zippy pineapples and pale citrus zest, some pith, touches of white grape, softly bready malt core, aggressive peppery resinous hits from the middle on with some green onion, cannabis and citrus, dry spicy moderately bitter finish. Medium-bodied, smooth filling carbonation. Not wholly my hop profile of choice which I knew going in but great intensity for a 5.5% pale and makes Strata bearable.
