Keg draught at BrewDog Leicester. Light reddish brown and clear with a ring of off-white head. Light malty aroma with strong spicy rye notes. Fairly bitter in the mouth with a light floral and berry character accompanied by more spiciness from the rye. Light watery body which can't really be disguised with carbonation. It's okay.

Can thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - deep reddish brown with some lovely red and orange chinks around the bottom of the glass. Nose - red fruits, maybe strawberry. Bread, caramel and orange too. Taste - creamy caramel, an edge of chocolate. Spice and cake. Dried orange. Palate - medium bodied, creamy middle and spicy malt finish. Overall - great stuff.

Can from BrewDog. It pours clear deep red with a a decent white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, tangy citrus, blood orange, tangerine, grapefruit, sticky resin, red fruits, jammy and some earth. The taste is initially dry, sticky, resinous, nice bitterness, earthy, piney, touch of caramel, pithy, zesty, tangerine, kumquat, blood orange, spice and brown bread with a dry, earthy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Nice American red.
