50cl bottle pours a burnt orange with some frothy, white head. Nose has orange peel, potpourri, lemony notes, orange wine, some soggy bread, neutral wood. Flavor has the grains and soggy bread, a little earthy cheese, lots of lemon and orange rinds. Finishes dry. Cool.

Undated bottle (assumedly fresh) from Bier Cellar, drunk 10/28/15.
Bright orange-amber with light cherry red tints and a beige head that is large but fades to cover. Clarity is high, with little/no sediment remaining behind.
Straightforward, but well developed brett in the nose is front and center. Lime, hickory, a touch of band-aid and grapefruit skin. Some cherry skin-like esters mix with light alcohol touches to give slight medicinal notes (but not in a bad way). If I said the good qualities of cherry cough syrup, would that be ridiculous? Otherwise, light caramel, lots of grainy-bready character and no flaws.
Brett acidity in the mouth, with marmalade and light cherry character. Dry caramel, light brown bread and rye-like spiciness. Low but tight carbonation and a good balance of sweet/dry. Quite nice, if perhaps not as complex as expected. Almost no barrel character.

500 ml bottle purchased at the brewery/ distillery. Orange like color with plenty of carbonation sustaining thin lasting head. Aroma is first and foremost sour oak with a very mild funky oak. Mild traces of malt.

The flavor show Brett yeast right up front with the barrel treatment noticeable in the finish. Dusty yeast or musty basement notes. Thinner body with a dry texture. It’s ok.

Bottle from the brewery shop. It pours cloudy orange with a medium white head. The nose is fresh, funky, musty, dirt, over-ripe peach, grassy and nectarine. The taste is bitter, funky, brett, must, orange peel, mouldy peach, earth, barnyard and minerals with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Quite mellow and funky. Not bad.
