On tap at Mel's Craft Beer & Diner, pours a hazy burgundy with a small tan head. Aroma brings out English malts, dry toasted caramel and lots of dry red wine character. Flavour is very complex, with lots of exquisitely rich red wine barrels, toasted caramel, and red fruits. Very tannic and vinous. Cohesive and elegant. Excellent.

Tap at Salon piva. Very complex, rich. Medium-low acetic sourness and character, mixed with light funk. There is light coconut and wood, also light red wine character. Packs a big punch considering the modest ABV, remains relatively easy drinking with thin body and medium-low carbonation. Great beer.
