Aroma has so nice cereals in it, barely any hops though. Mouth feel is watery, and carb is very low. The finish still has some of the nice cereals but it turn sweet, and finished with a strong Apple flavour. It’s not bad, but not great, the finish gets messy.

Can from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours light, bright gold with a large creamy/foamy white head. Aroma is bready/corny with a hint of maybe hop. Approaching medium body. Flavor is bready, slightly corny, with a hint of saaz hop or similar. Tasted worse by far.

Draught @ the brewery. Pours clear amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with hoppy touches. Sweetish flavour of malt and yeast, with mild, bitter notes of hops. Estery aftertaste. Rich body. Definitely one of the best Pale Lagers I have ever had.

Alright you know you’re a little obsessed with beer when you email a brewer to figure out what the proper name for a restaurant-branded beer so you can rate it. But then again if you’re reading this, you’re probably that guy too. Cheers, ya drunk! Pint at Pizzeria Libretto branded as Organico. Ooooh what a fancy Italian name. Pours a clear golden with a fluffy finger-ish of white head that leaves lacing. Smells mildly of doughy yeasts, and bready malts. Taste is mild malts, soft fruits, and unimposing hops. Meh.

6-pack from the LCBO. Pours a clean light golden colour with minuscule particles floating around, as beer is partially filtered. Big frothy white head, good retention and some nice creamy lace. Fresh malt aromas with a hint of hops. The taste is quite grainy with cereal notes and the grass showing a little more. The bitterness is more present than a macro lager, but very well-blended with the malt. A very good micro lager that is refreshing for those who like the Steam Whistle. Nice and grainy.

A golden lager with a thin white head. In aroma, a crisp biscuit malt with grassy character, mineral notes, German hops, OK. In mouth, a crisp malt with German hops, light and honest, but nothing special. On tap at Bens pub, Kingston.

Pours golden with little head or lacing. Smells a little rank. Taste sours after a few seconds. Another run of the mill lager. Why bother? On tap at Victory cafe.
