Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear golden yellow pour with a thin white head, aroma has sour biscuits, taste has citrus, some apple, chewed up custard cream, quite funky.

Clear yellow beer, white head. Bitter, citrus aroma and taste is the same but with a bit of tart sourness and a grassy finish.

Keg at the Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Gold pour with a white head. Bitter citrus, honey, cooking apples. Tart friut action in the flavour, whisper of honey. Quite a dry number. Good stuff.

Draft sample @ Tilquin English Beerfest 2018. Dorée sur un léger voile, col fin blanc. Arôme au bouquet immédiatement aigre sur des petites notes tropicales rappelant l'ananas, petite pointe pâtissière en rétro. Palais sur effervescence moyenne-basse, aigre sur des notes tropicales qui balancent un peu le tout, fini légèrement citrique avec un effet plus Berliner que sour.

Slightly hazy dark blond beer, no head. Aroma: lots of lemon and lime juice, fruity. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: clean acidity, lemon juice, some sour pineapple, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: more lemon juice, soft acidity, nice stuff going on here!

Sampled @ Tilquin English Beer Festival 2018. A slightly hazy pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, mild grainy malt, pineapple. Taste of tart pineapple, grapes, mild grainy malt, good thirst qunencher.

Keg at the merchant. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is little stale grains, straw, yogurt, pineapple. Flavour is composed of light grains, lemon rind, grapefruit, mellow yogurt funk, tangy. Palate is light grainy, chalky, moderate carbonation, crisp finish. Not great.

Keg at The Merchant. It pours slightly hazy yellow - gold with a minimal head. The aroma is earthy, funky, musty, damp leaves, grass and cereal. The taste is crisp, dry, lightly tart, musty, funk, damp grass, hay. citric acidity, lemon sherbet, lactic and green apple with a funky finish. Light body and fine-low carbonation. Easy going, but not a huge amount to it.

Bottle at MS HW, 02/04/18. Very lightly hazed golden with a decent off white cap. Nose is lemon rind, balsa wood, faint pissy hedgerow, damp straw, hops noted. Taste comprises damp grass, on the turn melon, hay bale, light funk, lemon shebang, damp cloth. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with modest hop bitterness. Decent refreshing sour for the ABV.
