Draught@Panema, Helsinki. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is tart wood, some toffee and mild freshly cut wood. Flavour is sour wood, some toffee, mild herbal and some sweet floral notes.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft, I suspect. Pours clear gold, effervescent, with a small, creamy white head. Quite clean and dry, pleasant, with a little salty bite, mellow bitter pine needles, tangy lemon. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Dry finish, salty, clean, lightly tart, more relaxed lemon notes, pine needles. A tidy little quencher.

Tap@Brewskival 2018, Helsingborg - fuzzy golden coloured pour with a white head. Light tart fruity with some notes of lemon, grapefruit, light tangy and funky, malty, medium to light body, tart fruity close.

Draft: Poured a hazy to golden with carbonated white head. Aroma was tart fruit. Taste was bitter tangy very sour and tart all the way through to the finish.

Draught @ Panema, Helsinginkatu 11, Helsinki, Finland 00500. [ As Weird Beard Sour Slave - Calypso ].Unclear matt medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light fruit sour. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a average duration, sour, pale malt, fruity malt, lime - citrus, dry, citric, tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180704] 7-3-7-3-14

On tap at Protokoll, Berlin. A bit hazy yellow with a small head. Mild with salt, bread and citrus. The finish was quite sour. An ok one.

Almost clear pale gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts. Tangy thin generic fruits. Touch of lactose. Light dry finish. Inoffensive but for the life me I cannot figure why any brewer would want an end product like this. Bland and pointless.

Tap at the weird beard tap takeover at six degrees north. Nose is very salty, citrus, orange, nectarines. Palate is salty orange, citrus, apricot. Should be less salty and more fruity

Draught @ Panema, Weird Beard tap takeover. Poured yellow deep color with a thick white head. Lime, citric aroma. Tart, sour. Not for me really. Lime flavors, citric.
