Hazy, dark copper pour, with small off white head. Toasty, roasty, caramel malts, with some Goldings hops. Thin mouth feel, soft carb. Green, malty finish.

Slightly unfiltered, darker amber colour with a creamy warm, light-beige head, good stay and full thick creamyish lacing. Fresh, fruity-cereal malt base with some Pils-spiciness in the nose, with hints of caramel and nuttiness. The mouthfeel is a little slick, not too thick with a touch of dryness in the end. The base is caramel malts in the flavours with some decent light grassy hops, and a tad spicy notes. This is quite an interesting bitter with a spicy-Pils twist to it. I do like this!

An amber copper ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light treacle, OK. On tap at Craft Beer Market Ottawa.

This ale poured a hazy amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, spice and a hint of apple. First swig was very good. Mild carbonation, flavours of malty caramel, mild hops and medium toast. Finish is lightly sweet with that toffee flavour lingering forever.
