Very slightly hazed with tiny bubbles, a big frothy-soapy white head, good stay and streaks of foamy lacing. A beautiful fresh aroma with herbal notes, some spicy malts, cereals, hints of pines and citrus. The taste shows citrus peel freshness with some mild grassiness and spicy graininess. Wow! What a refreshing, spicy, cereal brew like a great micro-Pils.

O:7.313 V:4.464 G:6.188 C:3.65 G:13.5 T:35.115

Can: Poured a clear golden color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with some very faint residual sugar notes and light rustic grain notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with rustic grain notes and some subtle residual sugar notes with dry floral hops notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well made lager with good drinkability and a good level of complexity.

A hazed golden pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and classic. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, light cereals, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Chambly 2022.
