Cask pint, hand-pulled in The Boat, Skipton on 31st May 2019. Clear light golden body, full white crown on top. Yes to smelling some Lime, no to sniffing any Tequila. Maybe some citrus notes in the flavour, maybe not any tequila in the taste. OK, but expected a Tequila hint or two, even at 3.8% ABV.

Cask at GBBF. It pours clear pale blonde with a bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet lime and corona, agave, oily sugars and toasty grain. The taste is pretty bitter, raw booze, big tequila, raw, solvent, limey, agave, tannin, toasty grain with a raw paint stripper finish. Light - medium body, low carbonation and oily mouth - feel. Nice aroma, but taste is horrible.

Cask handpump, The Crown Inn, Stockport, Greater Manchester in the company of Lynn and Barry, Saturday 18th February 2017 A little soapy hops, soft, really soft in the mouth, not getting the Tequila but this isn’t bad despite the gimmickery. Soapiness comes through at the end as well, it’s just a simple golden, pretty good but not great. A6 A4 T6 P4 Ov13 3.3
