440ml can bought online from Hoptimism, drunk at home. Very light yellow, very clear with a rocky white head. Light saison yeast notes, some hay, dried flowers. Bittersweet taste, some floral character with less of the yeast than the aroma would suggest. Bitter astringency on the finish. Thin body with intense carbonation. Not so much to this one.

14/04/19 - no reception or internet at holiday cottage. Can from Hoptimism. Spice, citrus and grass aroma. Gold. Thick foamy white head. Medium bitter. Citrus. Spice. Grains. Light-medium bodied. Watery. Low key fizzy carbonation. Dry finish. OK. A decent amount of character for the ABV but not overly exciting.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours clear yellow gold with a soft, foamy white head. Has nice bready, somewhat doughy wheat character, mellow yeast, hay, low bitterness. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Finishes with a touch of ripening lemon, more doughy wheat bread, saison yeast. Enjoyable stuff. Drinks very easily.
